 Welcome to the City of Santa Paula Planning Department Web page. The Planning
Department is responsible for current and future land use design and
environmental planning for the City. The Department manages the development of
the General Plan and assists the public with zoning and General Plan
regulations for residential, commercial and industrial development including
processing applications for annexation, subdivision, planned development and
conditional use permits.
