The objective of the Administration and Engineering section of the Public Works Department is to provide general administrative and engineering oversight for the following activities:
Operations and Maintenance: Provide overall direction, scheduling and oversight of department activities. Promote efficient, safe, and productive personnel and operations.
Engineering: Provide the city's primary resource for technical knowledge and experience.
Most commonly used City Standard Plans:
Land Development: Review and comment on land development projects. Provide permits and inspection for development affecting city property, grading and drainage.
Improvements: Provide engineering and construction management services for general city improvement projects (Street, Water, Sewer, and Refuse).
