2009 Water and Sewer Rate Increases On October 1, 2009, the City of Santa Paula applied new water and sewer rates to all residential/commercial water and
sewer services. These increases in rates have been introduced in the October 2009 billing, which will be mailed in early November 2009. Please

Program
The
Finance Department is primarily responsible for the establishment and
maintenance of effective financial systems to accurately reflect the
finances of the City and provide a financial framework for planning and
reporting. The Department coordinates with the City Treasurer and provides
the following services: general accounting, payroll, accounts
receivable/payable, purchasing, financial reporting, budget and grants
accounting, debt administration, customer billing and collection for
charges, fees, licenses and permits such as utilities, parking citation
fines, business and dog licenses and building or hazardous material
permits.
