The primary function of the Economic
Development Department is to develop, update, and implement economic development
programs that improve economic conditions in the city and redevelopment
area. The Department provides various services including demographic and
market data, site selection assistance for businesses interested in expanding
or locating in Santa Paula and also facilitates the procurement of employment,
job development, and financial assistance.
