Director: Ed Mount The City of Santa Paula no longer produces a guide to its Community Services Department activities.
The Community Services Department is responsible for recreation services, management and operation of leisure facilities (such as the Community Center, Santa Paula Train Depot, Farmers Market and Santa Paula Union Oil Museum), Special Event and filming permits, the City's cable franchise and Government Channel 10, and human services (senior citizens, youth, adult and volunteer programs).
